Our juices are freshly made to order, with the utmost care and attention in their preparation. This means there is considerable time and planning required on our side to provide you the freshest and most nutritious juices possible. By placing an order you are accepting our full Terms and Conditions.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check that the start date, delivery address and any special requirements are correct according to this email. It is vital that you provide us with an accessible delivery address where you will be present for the delivery or you can ensure that someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.

You shall then receive another email in office working hours from a member of our team confirming orders and the different delivery dates of longer cleanses where you shall have more than one delivery. This email shall also contain our welcome pack which will help you prepare for your cleanse.

Your booking is not confirmed until we have received payment. We accept credit or debit cards. Payments go through Worldpay, Paypal or Amazon. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.


Cancellations will be accepted up until 3 days prior to your start date. For example, if your cleanse begins on a Thursday you must cancel by 9am the previous Monday either by calling the store on 0161 222 0086 or emailing [email protected]. If you cancel within the time deadline we will be happy to offer you credit to use at another time.

There are no refunds offered. Any requests for refunds due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis, but doctor’s proof of condition is required.


Our juices are freshly prepared on-site, sealed, cool-packed and then delivered to you as quickly as possible. The juices are unpasteurised and so if they are refrigerated according to our instructions they will remain fresh for 3-5 days after delivery. If you do not store your juices according to our instructions or you do not begin your juices on the scheduled start date we cannot guarantee the freshness of your juices and we will not offer any refund or credit for juices which have spoiled.


Our products aren’t suitable for everyone and our service should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision.
